The wines destined for the elaboration of the reserve come from vineyards in which the average age is 40 years old and that after its elaboration are tasted and defines the type of wood more suitable for its ageing. Ruby-colored, clean and shiny. Of good aromatic intensity appear in the nose notes of very ripe red fruit on a very elegant balsamic background. On the palate it is soft, fresh and with nerve. It has volume and the tannin is well integrated and polished. In the aftertaste reappear touches of ripe red fruit and nuances of liquor that makes it a long-remembered wine. Aged 18 months in French oak barrels (70%) and American (30%).
