Malabrigo is a red wine produced by Bodegas Cepa 21 with Tempranillo grapes from the Ribera del Duero DO.
Malabrigo represents the harshness of the Ribera del Duero terroir. Its name comes from a plot with the same name as the wine, which is so called because it is subjected to the harsh climate of the Ribera del Duero, resulting in a wine with great character and very expressive.
Malabrigo has a cherry red colour with ruby rim.
The nose is intense and complex with a base of ripe black fruits typical of the variety and subtle barrel notes from ageing that add richness to the whole.
On the palate it is round but gentle, with great volume, very ripe tannins and a long, persistent aftertaste.
