In the mouth it is greasy, fresh, very unctuous and with a long and round finish. A good acidity along with a period of ageing on its finer lees, will keep it fresh in time and retain all its aromatic complexity. It is a wine that does not seek so much explosiveness in the nose, but a more varietal character, elegant and complex.
