Martín Cendoya Reserva is a red wine D.O. Rioja with centuries-old strains that is made with three varieties: Tempranillo (80%), Graciano (15%) and Mazuelo (5%).
It is kept in French oak barrels for fifteen months. It is a modern wine because of its color and structure but it is surprising in the mouth. It is recommended to taste with elaborate meals or even at the end of them, accompanying dessert.
This red reserve D.O. Rioja comes from centuries-old strains with a yield of 2,500 liters / hectare. It is fermented at 26 ° C after cold macerating for 48 hours and malolactic fermentation takes place in the barrel. It is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels.
