Martin Millers Westbourne is a Premium gin, obtained by traditional batch distillation, with a single still, which they call Angela, naturally copper, and manufactured by John Dore & Co. In 1903. The distilled cereal, made in Black Country, it is sent with the botanists to Iceland, where they are soaked in water from glaciers and filtered in volcanic rock, and mixed with the distillate, marching back to England, this being the reason for Which is called the gin of the three thousand miles.
It differs from the original Martin Millers in its alcoholic degree and its organoleptic characteristics.
The final product, is crisp, medium bodied, soft and silky on the palate, in which alcohol does not mask the botanists, not to mention the Juniper and floral notes and fruit with the touch of the liquorice, predominating in the smell of citrus.
