Visual Phase: Intense garnet color. Unfiltered.
Olfactory Phase: Notes of great intensity and complexity of blackcurrant, plum, licorice and cedar combined with toasted notes, spices, roasted meat, and coffee notes.
Gustatory Phase: Full and creamy body, dry palate and a very good harmony between elevated parameters: crisp acidity, high alcohol and firm and massive tannins. Very long aging potential with a very long finish and a clear definition of the variety.
