Matarromera Crianza is one of Matarromera's quintessential wines, an example of respect for the balance between the fruit of a ripe Tempranillo and a measured wood that characterizes the winery's style of wines. Matarromera Crianza is aged in 225-liter French and American oak barrels from the most prestigious forests. The barrels are fine-grained and medium to soft toasted, to respect as much as possible the fruity characteristics of the plots from which it comes. During its aging, the wine will remain in rooms with controlled humidity and temperature. It is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes and remains in barrels for 12 months before resting for another 12 months in the bottle. Good layer of dark cardinal color with abundant violet tones that indicate excellent longevity. Intense and of great complexity, in which fine aromas of ripe black fruit coexist in perfect balance with the spicy and soft toasted aromas of noble woods. It is a tasty wine, with a generous passage and an intense and lasting finish. Good structure of noble tannins, has the elegance and intensity of the best Matarromera made with the best grapes from the Ribera de Duero.
