It is the wine par excellence from the prestigious Matarromera wineries. It is made entirely from Tempranillo grapes and aged in American oak barrels (from the Appalachian Mountains) and French oak barrels for 14 months. Afterwards, it rests for at least another 10 months in the bottle, to refine and acquire the typical aromas of this great wine.
