Nose: On the nose, clean fruity notes appear, with clear notes of fennel and hints of stone fruit, aniseed, and some slight notes of tropical fruit. Palate: On the palate, it is fresh, fruity, with a slightly balsamic and creamy mouthfeel and a fruity aftertaste with a touch of final bitterness that gives it the characteristic elegance of the verdejo variety.
