It has been obtained through filtration processes that do not involve chemicals. Casein is a valuable milk protein that contributes to the intake of phosphorus, calcium, zinc, iron, and copper. In this case, you will obtain 85 to 92% of bioactive peptides, with very low levels of lactose or fatty components. The micelles that are part of casein are slow-digesting. Directions for use

Add 1 scoop (30g) to approximately 100-200ml of skim milk, stirring until the desired texture is achieved. Once mixed, consume immediately. Consume before bedtime.
