Michel Noëllat Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a red wine made from Pinot Noir by Domaine Michel Noëllat in Burgundy.
Harvest by hand; cold maceration for 3 to 5 days prior to fermentation in stainless steel for 18 days and subsequent ageing in barrels.
Domaine Michel Noëllat is a winery in the hands of the 5th generation of the family, the brothers Alain and Jean-Marc Noëllat. It is located in the village of Vosne-Romanée. A village of great reputation and one of the most important wine-growing villages in France; more than 80% of the wines produced in the Côte de Nuits are reds, and 24 of the 33 Grand Crus of Burgundy are found here.
The average age of the vines is 40 years, worked with meticulous care, maintaining the principle of minimum intervention and traditional viticulture and winemaking systems.

Nose: Fruity on the nose with hints of raspberry and fruits of the forest.
Palate: Energetic and full-bodied with a fantastic fruit character.
