Aged Fefiñanes Orujo is a classic product from the Fefiñanes winery, known for its excellent quality and tradition. This orujo is made from carefully selected grapes that are distilled in discontinuous copper stills immediately after harvesting. This distillation method allows for the preservation of the spirit's purity and enhances the natural aromas of the grapes. Once distilled, the orujo undergoes an aging process. Part of this liquor is infused with natural Galician herbs, creating an herbal liquor, while the other part is aged in Galician oak barrels, where it acquires complexity and unique nuances. The result is a bright yellow orujo with greenish reflections and a harmonious nose that combines notes of herbs, flowers, and a light balsamic touch, ideal for enjoying neat or in cocktails.
