Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, elegance and subtlety are appreciated. Golden apple and nectarine. Fresh citrus: lemon peel. Bakery notes such as sliced bread or butter also appear. White flowers and fennel. In the background, very fine tones of toasted almonds. On the palate, it has a fresh entry, good volume, creamy and fine bubbles. Dry finish with good acidity. In the aftertaste, we find ripe white fruit and hints of nuts.
