Primicia Parellada is an exquisite white wine from Celler Batea, located in the Denomination of Origin Terra Alta. This wine is made from Parellada grapes, known for their adaptability to the region and aromatic characteristics. The production process includes selecting grapes, which are de-stemmed and crushed, followed by skin contact in stainless steel tanks. The alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures, and the wine remains in contact with fine lees until bottling. It has a pale yellow color with greenish hues, with an intense aroma of passion fruit, mango, and citrus. In the mouth, it offers a flavorful and balanced experience.
