In 1951, in La Roda, the Ruiz family started their business in a bakery. Don Manuel Blanco López created the famous "miguelito", a puff pastry filled with custard and glazed, in honor of his friend Miguel Ramírez. Years later, the Ruiz family continued the tradition by creating different varieties of miguelitos. Currently, Miguelitos Ruiz is part of Grupo Edelbio S.L., which guarantees quality in its products.
