Our Multiflower Honey comes from the beehives we have in the natural parks of the Montes de Toledo and during the summer in Segovia near the Natural Park of the Hoces del Duratón, where plants such as rosemary, thyme, rockrose, heather, holm oak, and lavender prevail, and their collection takes place in spring.
Many areas do not have a dominant vegetation, or the dominant plant is not used by bees (such as pine trees) and they spread to other non-dominant plants. When the vegetation cover used by bees is made up of a wide variety of plants, some of which are more present than others, but without a clear majority of any, the honey collected there is called "multifloral" or "milflores".
