Murviedro Cava Brut Nature Organic is the first organic cava MADE by Bodegas Murviedro with grapes from organic farming.
Selection of grapes of the Macabeo and Chardonnay variety that have been cultivated according to the organic agriculture standards. This organic wine production is based on the optimal use of natural resources, without using synthetic chemicals, thus obtaining organic food while preserving soil fertility and respecting the environment. All this in a sustainable and balanced way. Grapes are harvested in early September. Cold maceration on Pneumatic press. Fermentation at 14 º C in stainless steel tanks. In January the circulation is carried out, going to ferment in bottle. The Cava is kept in rhyme for a minimum of eleven months.
Murviedro Cava Brut Nature Organic is a straw-yellow colour with golden glints. It has a thick foam and a fine, well-integrated bubble.
Clean aroma of citrus and white fruits (apple and pear), nuts (hazelnuts and walnuts) and aromas of pastry (sponge cake).
Very pleasant in the mouth, alive, fresh and easy, with a subtly citric and floral finish (orange blossom) and a creamy feeling that makes it long and persistent.
