Murviedro Sauvignon Blanc collection 2017 is a white wine from the D.O. Valencia PRODUCED by Bodegas Murviedro. It is a vinoaromático and with a great personality, ideal to drink as an aperitif or with fish, rice and hot meals.
Vinification with cold film maceration and fermentation at 14 º C with selected yeasts.
The protected denomination of Origin Valencia is located near the Mediterranean coast of the east of the country at an altitude ranging between 250 and 1000 meters. The climate is warm and the influence of the Mediterranean Sea is very dominant. Since centuries, vines are cultivated in calcareous-clayey soils, which in combination with the constant presence of intense sun give rise to fruity wines with very good structure and moderate tannins.
Murviedro Sauvignon Blanc collection is a pale yellow colour with green reflections. Aroma of ripe fresh fruit, with a background of high intensity tropical aromas. Fresh, elegant flavor with good weight in fruit and balanced acidity.
