This range emphasizes the pure integrity and transparency of flavor characteristics of Caviar Nacarii thanks to the larger size of the eggs. It is obtained through two extractions a year, in spring and autumn, following the natural cycles of sturgeon females. The most demanding palates will find in this tin a selection of noticeably larger size than usual (diameter of 3 to 3.5 mm). Golden Star Award 2013 in the Superior Taste Award.
