The grapes used for its elabooration come from Bodegas Noc's own vineyards located in Los Yebenes with an area of 4.8ha. the grapes are harvested by hand so that the grapes arrive at the winery in perfect condition, then the champenoise method is performed with a first fermentation in stainless steel and a second fermentation in the bottle and subsequent aging on the lees. The clarification is manual using old concrete desks and then disgorging.
From this sparkling wine from Toledo wines only 7000 bottles are produced.
