Tasting notes: Wine to enjoy. Needs to be decanted. Modern wine, complex and elegant. Fruity, spicy and mineral reminiscences. Black fruits, pepper and pencil point stand out. Round, voluminous and balanced with very ripe tannin.

Ideal with cold meats, cured and semi-cured cheeses, smoked meats and stews.
