On the other hand, Bourdaine honey, harvested in the Southwest of France, is a relatively rare high-quality honey. With delicate aromas of undergrowth and a balsamic flavored note, it brings sweetness and fruitiness to this old rum punch - Bourdaine Honey. Refined with a vanilla bean from Madagascar, this original creation from Breiz’île reveals intense woody, floral, and fruity notes combined with the fine and powerful presence of vanilla. Since 2002, Breiz’île has been producing arranged rums in Finistère. After a selection of fresh fruits and spices, the arranged rum is then produced entirely by hand and in an artisanal way. The third essential ingredient is of course the rum! It is carefully selected from the French West Indies. Depending on the arranged rums, either a 55° white agricultural rum or a 3-year-old aged rum, aged in oak barrels, will be chosen.
