Veg-Omega 3 Complex is a 100% vegetable food supplement, based on flax seed oil and microalgae Schizochytrium spp. It combines all the fatty acids: it contains DHA and ALA, which stimulates the production of EPA. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to maintaining normal brain function and vision under normal conditions. The beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.
