Natural sweetener: Organic coconut flower sugar
Coconut sugar is obtained from the nectar of coconut tree flowers. Cuts are made in the flowers to extract the nectar, which is collected and subjected to moderate heat to remove the moisture content, turning it from a translucent liquid to a much denser brown liquid. Coconut sugar is obtained from this ground juice. This method of extracting the nectar is respectful to the tree, allowing the development and growth of coconut trees. It is the most ecological and sustainable sugar.
