Whole rye flour obtained from the milling of clean rye grain. It has a greyish white color, and is characterized by providing breads and recipes with a darker color than other flours. It has high mineral content such as calcium, iron, and phosphorus, in addition to providing healthy amounts of fatty acids such as linoleic acid.
