Elaboration and aging

Organistrum is a white wine made with the Albariño grape variety. The grapes come from vineyards in southwest-facing parcels.

It undergoes fermentation in French oak barrels from Allier. During the first 45 days, battonage is applied, and then it remains in steel tanks for 8 months, which ensures good integration of the wine.

Organistrum Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Organistrum has a bright and intense straw yellow color. With dense and fluid tears in the glass.
• Nose: Fruity aromas along with toasted notes, hints of damp vegetation, and clean wood.
• Palate: It is flavorful and has many nuances, with fruity notes and a lot of elegance on the palate.

Pairing

Organistrum is ideal for pairing with seafood, poultry, rice, fatty fish, and desserts.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 12-14ºC.
