                        Lolo Albariño is made with 100% Albariño grapes from young vineyards located in the Salnés Valley, within the D.O. Rías Baixas. The soils of these vineyards are sandy loam, granitic and slightly acidic. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 16 and 18 ºC for 21 days, thus preserving the freshness and varietal aromas.The grapes are harvested by hand in 20 kg boxes. Once in the winery, the grapes are destemmed and pressed.
