The Paco By Paco & Lola Red Wine is made up of 50% Garnacha and Tempranillo grapes. It is the first red wine made by Bodegas y Viñedos Paco & Lola, its vineyards (25 years old) are located in Navarra in the Valdizarbe sub-area, characterized by clayey and stony soils at around 450m altitude.
The Red Wine Paco By Paco & Lola,is composed of 50% Garnacha and Tempranillo grapes. It is the first red wine produced by Bodegas y Viñedos Paco & Lola, its vineyards (25 years old) are located in Navarra in the subzone of Valdizarbe, characterized by clay and stony soils at about 450m altitude. It has a Denomination of Origin: D.O. Rioja. For the maceration, each grape is vinified separately, the Garnacha grape undergoes a cold maceration of 5 days and total vatting of 18 days. As for the Tempranillo grape, its maceration is the same but the total vatting lasts 15 days. The Red Wine Paco By Paco & Lola undergoes a short ageing process of 2 months
