Varieties: Tinto Fino and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging: 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Clarified with natural egg white. Tasting Note: Sight: Purple red with violet iridescence. High layer. Due to its intense color and natural elaboration, this wine may precipitate in the bottle. Nose: Open nose, wild, black and red fruits, well integrated with the noble subtlety of oak. Powerful intensity. Palate: It is firm, silky and complex. Service Temperature and Pairing: Serve at a temperature between 14º and 16º C. We recommend decanting. It is especially recommended for suckling pig and lamb. Red and roasted meats.
