Panadería Vilanova

History

This project began in 2004 with the aim of finding a way of life in our hometown. The idea of being our own bosses, offering a bakery and patisserie service (one that our village did not have) and learning a delicate and difficult, but at the same time tremendously rewarding, trade has led us to create a close family business that now aspires to new goals.

Project

Our project consists of the development of artisan bread, pies and various types of sweets.
Using this platform we would like to publicize a typical sweet of our area that, although known, we believe that not enough, our Bica Mantecada.
We have many years of development, improvement and innovation of this typical sweet and we believe that it is ready for everyone who wants to enjoy it.
Along with the promotion and sale of our products we would like to publicize the incredible architectural and natural beauty that has our city council, Montederramo, as the environment in which it is located, the Ribeira Sacra.
