It is a fresh and elegant wine that expresses the essence of Monastrell in its lightest phase.
The Parajes del Valle organic Monastrell wine comes from vineyards located at an altitude of 600-700 metres above sea level, with sandy loam soils of limestone nature. Strictly unirrigated and Monastrell variety. The vines are 15 - 30 years old and produce balanced grapes, with perfect acidity and perfect ripening.
Ruby red colour, medium depth.
On the nose aromas characteristic of Monastrell, reminiscent of undergrowth, fresh and evolving as the wine is tasted.
In the mouth it is fresh, balanced, long, silky and elegant.
