Authentic Parmigiano Reggiano cheese made in the park of Montecoppe (province of Parma, Emilia-Romagna), where cows feed freely on hay and cereals rich in nutrients, so the quality of their milk is much higher than usual, after a completely artisanal process and, subsequent aging for 24 months, this excellent cheese is obtained, which delights us with its intense flavor, long and persistent, with a perfect balance between the richness of the palate and the blatant aroma.
The exceptional and enriched milk with which this cheese is made as well as its long aging makes that when tasting it we appreciate notes of melted butter or rind, as well as notes of sweetness, fresh fruits and spices.
