Pazo Casanova Blanco Magnum It is a white wine made with four varieties of Galician white grapes. These are Treixadura (85%), Godello (8%), Albariño (5%), and Loureira (2%), all from their own vineyards, with an average age of 25 years. The Pazo Casanova Blanco Magnum is aged on lees for 6 months and then aged in bottle for an additional 2 months before being released to the market. It has a bright straw yellow color with greenish hues. On the nose, citrus notes, ripe stone fruit, wild white flowers, and balsamic hints emerge. On the palate, it is unctuous, with a powerful entry, body and volume, refreshing acidity, fruity notes with hints of aromatic herbs. It is elegantly vibrant, intense, with balanced minerality. It offers a fresh and long finish. It pairs very well with fish and seafood in all its variations, as well as fatty meats. In a fabulous magnum format (1.5L) to enjoy at events and gatherings.
