Once made, it undergoes a maceration that lasts several days until it acquires its characteristic flavor. Made with pasteurized cow's milk. Artisan production in eastern Asturias, with a different and irresistible taste of our land. This cheese is made in Alles, Peñamellera Alta. Store in cold between 1 and 8 degrees.
