This wine is made from Xarel.lo and Bastard Negre planted in 1954 and in goblet, in a unique and mythical plot: Clos del Serral, with soils of maritime fossils that transmit the salinity of the Mediterranean. Aged in rhyme for 100 months and prepared to age for another 25 years. Wines without sulfites, nor additives in the vinification, neither uses yeasts, sugars, nor chemical products, to make the method as natural as possible. No temperature control.
