Brewer's yeast provides: - Vitamin B: it is one of the most balanced sources of B complex vitamins. -Pro-Vitamin D (ergosterol): essential for the maintenance of bone density. -Protein source of high biological value, it provides the 8 essential amino acids in addition to 9 other amino acids. -Enzymes: it also contains numerous enzymes produced by the activation of live yeast cells. -Minerals and trace elements: contains 12 minerals and trace elements (calcium, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, magnesium, iodine, sulfur, iron, manganese, copper, zinc and selenium).

How to use:

It is recommended to take 1 to 3 capsules a day. In case of greater need, increase to 6 capsules per day.
