Piquillo peppers from Navarra with the protected geographical indication Pimiento del piquillo de Lodosa. This is a vegetable harvested by hand on the banks of the Ebro in the region of Navarra. Once selected, it is roasted over a flame and peeled by hand without using any water, thus maintaining all the organoleptic characteristics of this vegetable. It is then hand-bottled one by one

Its high quality and very special flavour distinguishes it from other peppers and it enjoys international recognition, appearing in the European Register of Denominations of Origin of Agricultural Products.
