Fresh plantain herb juice (Plantago lanceolata) from organic farming.
Nutritional information (30ml, maximum daily dose):

- Fats: < 0.5 g

- Carbohydrates: < 0.5 g
- of which sugars: < 0.5 g
- Proteins: < 0.5 g
- Salt: < 0.01 g
- Fresh plantain: 42 g
Directions for use
Adults: take 10 ml of pure or diluted Plantain juice 2 to 3 times a day, in water, herbal tea, or fruit juice.
Do not drink directly from the bottle and use the measuring cup. Shake the bottle before use.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
To prevent deterioration, close the bottle tightly after each use, always store it in the refrigerator, and consume it within a maximum of two weeks. Store below 30 ºC.
Depending on the plant, the presence of lumps or sediment in the juice is possible since it is a completely natural product. Shaking allows for redisolution.
