Premiere Bulle Nº1 Cremant Rosé is a sparkling wine from the D.O. Limoux made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Chenin Blanc. In the year 1531 in the Abbey of Saint-Hilaire, a village near Limoux, Benedictine monks observed the appearance of strange bubbles in a wine left to ferment in the bottle... The first sparkling wine in the world had just been born.
Today, Premère Bulle is a worthy successor to the world's first sparkling wine.
