Clear and bright color. Mature cherry color with garnet reflections. Very pleasant to the eye. Its intensity and complexity stand out on the nose. Its aromas of ripe black and red fruit with a spicy background are perceived, coming from its aging in French oak barrels. Entry in the mouth with character but with very integrated tannins. Notes of cocoa and jam along with those of black fruit that continue to be very present in the mouth. A long and persistent wine of extraordinary quality. Pairing: Ideal with roasted meats, cured and semi-cured cheeses.
