The dark glass protects the olive oil from exposure to light, keeping the oil as fresh as possible. In addition the glass respects the properties of the oil and can be recycled as many times as necessary, helping to care for the environment.

It is an oil of excellent quality and low acidity. It is obtained from olives harvested at veraison, the optimum moment of ripeness and bottled on demand to maintain its properties until the last moment

In addition, AOVE MundiOliva Coupage is obtained from a selection of olives from the region of La Siberia Extremeña, named Biosphere Reserve in 2019 by UNESCO. This sets the product in a unique enclave, with a climate that differs from the rest of the region, as well as minimal pollution as it is an area without large cities around. The selection of the olives filters those that are at their optimum ripeness, healthy, clean and without any apparent external defect. This guarantees the obtaining of a high quality EVOO

Due to the variety of Siberia Extremeña, the Verdial de Badajoz, offers a low level of bitterness and leaves us a "punch" in the mouth with a medium spiciness that differentiates it from other oils. Intense yellow color with traces of green color, aroma of ripe fruit such as banana with hints of green grass leaves a very pleasant palate

On the other hand, our facilities ensure that the process is optimal, as well as its preservation in stainless steel until the time of packaging. In MundiOliva's oil mill we do not store large stocks so the oil is bottled almost on demand, making the oil last longer fresh.
