Eye:Violet-red colour with tile-like highlights.
Nose:Of small candied fruits, toast with hints of spices.
Mouth: Smooth and well balanced. Ripe fruit, maquis spice on the palate with a vanilla finish.
Tasting: Deer nuts served with celery puree, and more generally game with fur.
Advice:Ideal temperature of 15 °, decant for old vintages. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health. To consume with moderation.
