Quiñón de Valmira is one of the latest projects of Álvaro Palacios, who from his winery Palacios Remondo in Alfaro, has always been committed to the Garnacha variety. Quiñón de Valmira comes from a single 3-hectare vineyard on a gently sloping hillside in the area of the same name, in Monte Yerga, at an altitude of 615 m, where everything is worked in a traditional way.
