Quinta da Muradella Alanda is a white wine from the Quinta da Muradella winery, with Monterrei Designation of Origin, from Galicia. The grapes come from several organically farmed estates, low-yield vineyards planted on slate soils over clayey bottoms, gravel, decomposed granitic sands. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. Treixadura ferments with the skins. Tasting notes of Quinta da Muradella Alanda: - Sight: Straw yellow color with steely reflections, clean and bright. - Nose: Medium intensity, spicy, stone fruit (nectarine), citrus, underbrush like rockrose, lavender, pastry notes on a very mineral chalky background. - Palate: It has an intense, balsamic, mineral attack with a dry and bitter finish (quinine).
