Quinta de Aves Syrah wine is part of the range of wines produced by the Quinta de Aves winery in the town of Campo de Calatrava under the direction of winemakers Pablo Osorio and Javier Calleja. The rare earth soils of volcanic origin where the grapes come from provide a differential value to this wine. It stands out for its ripe strawberry and red fruit aromas. Quinta de Aves Syrah surprises by being made in a little known Protected Geographical Indication with a lot of potential.
