Harvested by experienced divers, the delicious razor clams from the Finisterre area, in this case presented with our garlic sauce. At the factory they are cleaned and washed in warm salt water to select the best size pieces and carefully packed in the can. A delight to accompany with a good wine and a few slices of wood-fired bread.
