RED WINE BALARUS
It is part of the D.O. Cabañas de Polendos
Made from excellent Tempranillo grapes.
For its elaboration, the must undergoes a slow fermentation of the grapes and a previous maceration of approximately 3-5 days. It is a young red wine aged in French and American oak barrels. During the barrel phase, special care is taken by topping up the barrels and racking it during the spring. Finally, it is clarified and bottled.
The BALARUS red wine is clean and bright with an intense aroma of fresh red fruit and round tannins that provide finesse with persistence in an idyllic balance with acidity.
