This is a single-varietal wine made 100% with Tempranillo grapes, manually harvested during the grape harvest.
This wine is aged for at least 12 months in oak barrels, including French, American, and Central European oak, during which the wine acquires all its flavor and aroma. Afterwards, it is bottled and remains for approximately 50 more months under a nitrogen atmosphere to prevent oxidation.
The ideal serving temperature for this wine is between 14 and 16 ºC.
