The Vino Tinto Castillo de Sajazarra Reserva Tempranillo Magnum belongs to the Vineyards and Wineries Castillo de Sajazarra, with a Denomination of Origin Rioja.
They start with very ripe grapes, from low-production vineyards. Between 10% and 20% of the total undergoes malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels, with periodic batonnages. It has an aging period of 24 months in American and French oak barrels, finishing its stay in wood with an additional 3 months in French oak vats. Finally, it remains a minimum of 12 months in the bottle before being commercialized.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16°C and 18°C.
