RED WINE CORIMBO I: The red wine Corimbo I belongs to the D.O. Ribera de Duero (La Horra, Burgos). Continental climate: cold and humid winters, and dry and hot summers. Clay and limestone soils with medium and low yields. The grape variety is 100% Tempranillo. Vines with an average age of 40 years. Manual harvest in boxes and selection on the table. 16 months of aging in barrels, 80% French oak and 20% American oak. Serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º.
